Tim Valentyn is a Certified Contract Advisor and has been representing NFL football players for over 20 years. He is a respected business leader in Madison, Wisconsin, and the president of one of the city's most prominent law firms. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of client representation having negotiated contracts for several Wisconsin Badger football players and nationally recognized coaches like Bo Ryan and Stan Van Gundy. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a member of UW-EC's Athletic Hall of Fame. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin. He and his wife, Nancy, have three children (Mackenzie, Brett and Connor) and live in Verona, Wisconsin.


Aaron Henderson, Founder/CEO of The Koterie, is a Certified Contract Advisor and rising star in the sports industry. Licensed by the NFLPA in 2015, two years later Aaron became one of the youngest contract advisors in league history to represent a Top 100 NFL draft pick. Aaron specializes in identifying talent, building long-lasting relationships, and aligning various stakeholders to work in the best interests of his clients, making a partnership between Aaron and Priority Sports a perfect match for existing and future clients.

Before founding The Koterie, Aaron managed talent for legendary music producer Quincy Jones and worked as a brand manager at Russell Athletic. In March 2017, Front Office Sports and TeamWork Online honored Aaron by including him as a member of its "Rising 25" class of 2017, an award given annually to the top 25 sports industry professionals age 25 and younger.

A dual native of Jackson, MS and Spartanburg, SC, Aaron graduated from the University of South Carolina-Columbia with a B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management and Ohio University with a Master's in Business Administration and Master's in Sports Administration. Aaron currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, where he attends Southwestern Law School on a part-time basis.
